Lighter Color, Sweet Taste
These small, fluffy looking tea leaves brew a lighter colored tea than most black teas, but that doesn't mean it is less flavorful! The description is spot on here, almost a sister tea to Golden Yunnan, but the sweetness is a bit more subtle. The cocoa, malt, and sweet potato notes are especially noticeable. As suggested I brewed this this morning and had it with breakfast. A fantastic compliment to your morning. Will switch off my morning tea between this and Red Dragon Pearl from now on.

Sweet Potatoes
It was Amber color after steep. Smelled a bit of malt. Reminded me of yams. It is very smooth. Not at all bitter and no astringency. After it cooled down a bit, the sweetness really seemed to come out.
